Nasa navtex pro receiver

With its Series 2 dual-frequency NAVTEX antenna, this receiver features an LCD screen that lets you read NAVTEX messages on 8 lines. Easy to use, the display features "up" and "down" buttons so you can read messages line by line.

Nasa Marine's Navtex Pro Plus is an international system for broadcasting maritime safety information under the GMDSS (Maritime Distress and Safety System Mondial ). Reception is by radio on the dual-frequency Navtex, on 490kHz (in the language of the country near which you are sailing) and 518 kHz (in English only).

NAVTEX RECEIVER AND SERIES 2 ANTENNA

The NAVTEX receiver features a backlit LCD display for enhanced readability. It provides 8 lines of weather information. You can easily scroll through NAVTEX messages using the "UP" and "DOWN" keys.

This receiver is programmable and you can set the desired transmitting stations.

It comes with a NAVTEX series 2 antenna for 2-channel receivers and a cable for you to plug it in.
